Update: Neobux is just as effective for US users as it would be for World/Canadian users.  I am just trying to inform everyone that CashCrate may not be as effective for World members as it is for US members.  Neobux is just as EFFECTIVE FOR EVERYBODY, CASHCRATE MAY NOT BE!!  I am actually starting to lean towards Neobux a lot more... Even if I was from the US I would still say that Neobux has the most potential... They have users that have hit the 10,000$ max payout!!! That has never been done with CashCrate.  This is why my main CHOICE is now Neobux!  I will continue to use CashCrate because it still earns me money monthly!  Just thought I should share that with everybody!

Why Am I Not Getting Credited/Paid For My Offers/Surveys?

1.  Sometimes it is a matter of you forgetting to confirm the e-mail from the offer that you just completed.  If it is a daily survey you have completed you do not have to confirm any e-mail because they dont send one.  Only offers have to be confirmed by e-mail after being completed, NOT daily surveys.  Just remember to be patient you will get credited.  If you want to see a screenshot from my personal earnings page on CashCrate and see how the confirmation system works, you can check it at my Payment Proof page!

2.  It takes time to be processed!  CashCrate has to make sure that they are not giving away money for nothing!  That is why sometimes it takes time for offers to go through... Actually it takes atleast 15 minutes for most offers.  But to be totally honest it can take up to a day sometimes even a day and a half.  So if it is the weekend just remember in your head that your going to get credited so just keep doing what your doing.  In the meantime I just complete other offers or I complete daily surveys.  But in the mean time you just start another one or do whatever keeps you busy!  Daily Surveys sometimes go through right away and sometimes take up to a full day to be credited to your account it varies.  This is from personal experience so trust me, you will get credited the money!  Remember to go and check my qualifying for surveys page!

3.  If you are new and you were not credited the dollar for registering you have to confirm your e-mail that they sent you for registering.....Duh! :p   ;)  Anyways enjoy and keep at it like I did.... You might just earn a few extra pay cheques!   Remember to go and check my qualifying for surveys page!  IT WILL HELP YOU! TRUST ME!  This mainly just applys to qualifying for Daily Surveys/Surveys under the survey tab!

4.  If you are having cheque problems then you must have made a contact/mailing address error because I have personally never ever heard of CashCrate not paying someone.  And whenever there is a mess up it is easy to contact them via forums or live support to sort out your mailing address.  Just make sure to use your CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS.  Anyway if you are still wondering about anything regarding CashCrate go to my CashCrate page on this blog.
